Information we process
Jaryn may process account details, email-verification state, plan and product activity, support communications, download activity and the technical information required to operate and protect the service. Website analytics are used in aggregate and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Why we process it
Information is used to provide accounts and products, authorise downloads, respond to requests, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse and understand how the website and product journeys perform.
Service providers
Hosting, database, authentication, email and product-delivery providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Jaryn and under the applicable contractual safeguards.
Retention
Support cases and their messages are retained for 24 months after the latest case activity, then direct identifiers and message content are redacted automatically. Other information is retained for as long as needed to provide the requested service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect legitimate business interests, then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
